  • I wrote this on Tue. but didn't get the pictures on till last night, so it's a couple days late :(

    "Happy Birthday JoVonne Janae!"

    Today, January 20th, my little girl turned 18 and has now officially arrived at the threshold of Womanhood. The years have flown by on fleeting wings since she 1st came to bless our lives, which seems only a a few short years ago! Sometimes I wish she was still my baby girl ! :)

    They actually had their 1st date on New Years Eve when she flew back to Missouri for his cousin's wedding....but no one took a picture :(   [even though I made a special dress for the wonderful occasion!]

    After they came home, they went out for a Dinner Date and then......

  • Voni was just as adorable as a baby as she is now!! :) All of Doug & Sarah's children were always more like nieces & nephews to me than cousins & I am so glad that Shelton has found his Princess in JoVonne!! They are so cute together!! WOW that teddy is huge & looks so cuddly!! :) You know being a mama,I now realize how truly the time does fly.....you blink & your child is in the next stage of growing up.......a little scary for me to think of!! :{

  • Good post ...my baby had a birthday yesterday and I haven't had time to post anything either crazy life...but I still want to.Isn't it something how our babies grow up to lovely young ladies!

  • aw how sweet!! she was a doll of a baby!! and still is a doll! hehe  i was guna hhave b-day post for her too but it totally  got away from me...grrrr! looks like their havin fun lol no duh! wat r ya'll doin with out me there to keep'em outta trouble? lol no im sure they're fine...well hope yall have a good weekend! luv n huggz
