    Hello Peoples,

    I wanted to up-date yest. beings it was 9-11, but I was gone all day and till I got home I was much too tired. I was very aware of the fact that it was Tuesday 9.11 but what really jolted my senses was when I got in the Excursion I noticed the last 4 digits of the odometer showed 891.1 After being at the quilting all day, I hurried home to pick up my hubby to take him over to his truck, and as I parked in our drive-way I checked the odometer again (as I wanted to see how far we lived from Brian & Michelles) and was jolted once more to see 911.8 again. The numbers were just rearranged. Do you call that a crazy coincidence or something phenomenal?

    Yest. was the 8th anniversary of the deaths of 2 young men (in a plane crash) who were once 2 of my students in by gone days. Their families are in our thot's and prayers on this day especially. We also think of the many who lost loved ones in the terrorist plane crashes as well. (Have any of you watched the movie [or documentary re-run] "Flight 93" (I think that's the name of it).....I seen only part of it, but it will make you cry) that's the plane that crashed in PA. May God bless every hurting heart with special healing today....and always!

    The following song is a favorite of mine...it's on the cd "Ground Zero" sung by : Shining Through

    (I hope I have all the words correct...wasn't positive on sev.)

                              Ground Zero

    "They call it Ground Zero - the heart of it all

    Just a pile of rubble - once a building tall,

    Searching through the smoke and dust-looking for some life

    They put their own lives at risk to try and save a loss.

    Now you may be wondering how Ground Zero applies to you

    Just take a look around you at what people are going through;

    Their lives a pile of rubble, their hearts lie in ruin

    Ground Zero of their lives need a rescuer like you.

    Oh, Lord help me to see...

    This man in Ground Zero is someone just like me

    Buried in the rubble and the cares of his life;

    Oh, I could be the one that leads him to Christ.

    When He sends you to Ground Zero - God will go with you

    He knows just what its like 'cause His Son went through it too;

    He hung upon the cross, rose from the tomb

    He pulled mankind from the rubble, saved us from eternal doom.

    Oh, Lord help me to see...

    This man in Ground Zero is someone just like me

    Buried in the rubble and the cares of his life;

    Oh, I could be the one that leads him to Christ.

    Oh, you could be the one that leads him to Christ."

    This afternoon we nearly went from frantic to panic when we recieved the disturbing news that our good friend Rick Good was in a bad cycle accident...going down over a cliff...and no news for sev. hours if he's ok or not. (It was more like a 30' embankment) He was on a road trip to Yellowstone with his son Ed, son-in-law Marv and friend Phil. Thankfully they weren't way off somewhere, but in closer proximity to Grand Junction where they flew him to the hospital, which is our biggest hospital around here.

    Thank God for answered prayers on his behalf and that he escaped serious injuries. He does have a concussion, fractured collar bone, fractured ribs, cuts, scrapes n bruises. May God's healing Touch be there for him!

    Rick's wife is a first cousin to my bro.-in-law Joe Petersheim who passed away 3 yrs ago this Fri. Sept. 14th due to complications from a fall on his head that left him paralyzed from the shoulders down. He lived 25 days after the accident. Pray for Kathryn and the family...especially during this anniversary time. Kathryn will also become Grandma any day now....after Scott's little one arrives...that will be exciting!

    "For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways, they shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone."  Psa. 91:11-12

    ps.2  Can someone please give me advice on my sites....anything I type when I'm actually editing a new post will look normal and be placed where I put it; as soon as I put it to my private site it will be nearly 2 ft wide....wider than the screen. When it goes to my public post, it's also in dissaray all over, but at least contained inside the border. Then I have to spend hrs rearranging till it looks normal. I did go into 'Look & Feel' and put it on only 40% of the screen...and yes I saved it...but it still stubbornly goes back to w i d e screen and scattered hither n yon and all my sentences look sort've greekish. HELP !!

  • You have a really pretty page already!  But I can tell you how to use Triples with Emma, it's actually VERY EASY!

    When you find a layout on her site that you like, copy  the html in the box below the layout sample.  Then go to your Look & Feel and paste it into the header box.  If you want it to look like mine, will all your page in the center box, got to the part where it says "Your Text Goes Here"  and highlight everything from there to the bottom of the code and delete it.  Then preview and see if it looks like it should!  It's really pretty easy.  But if you have trouble with it, let me know and I can always edit the HTML code for you and email it back to you and then you can put it in the header box!    I'll be happy to help you anyway I can!  Just let me know!  If you trust me, you could also give me your password and I can  do your layout for you, then you can change your password!   I promise I won't mess anything up!  Let me know!

    Have a great weekend!
